I Just received a watch that is not working. What can I do?
After receiving the watch, please be sure to press the watch crown fully back to the watch head. If this doesn’t help, please contact us at [email protected]

How long does the average watch battery last?
Battery last approximately 2-3 years. The life span of a watch battery is depending on the conditions, functions and how often it is used.

How do I change my battery?
We offer battery replacement service, you can send the watch for servicing. (Customer would be responsible for the shipping costs)  You can also have a local jeweler/ watch technician to have the battery replaced.

Where can I purchase a replacement strap?
To order a replacement strap, please email us to find out which replacement is appropriate for your watch model.

Is my watch waterproof?
The water resistance of our timepiece is up yo 5ATM, which means it will withstand splashes of water or rain.
We recommend taking off your watch before showering, bathing, swimming, or engaging in any activity that may exposed directly to water.

How do I send my watch in for repairs?
If  your watch needs service, please please email us at [email protected] to arrange a repair. Repair charges vary depending upon the parts and condition of the watch.
